- Hi Everyone Ok I posted at the start of the week asking opinions over whether what I was feeling was gas or the first movements of my baby. I am 19 weeks and 6 days pregnant (halfway tomorrow!) and this week, I've felt something different in my tummy. It doesn't happen very often, it's very rare...but it's a weird light tapping/popping feeling. Almost like you know those big drums you get that pipe bands bang with a stick that has a ball on the end with almost a furry coating...it's a dull thud...well it's a bit like that - sorry that's a rubbish description! It's a muffled sound. ANYWAY...I had thought that this might be my baby moving. I've never had this feeling before so far in my pregnancy even when I've been bothered with constipation/gas and I don't necessarily feel as if I have trapped wind. However, when I go to the toilet, I do...break wind quite a bit - sorry if that's too much info but need to get my point across! and so now I'm thinking it's probably not my baby I feel at all, it probably is always gas and I'm now worrying about it. I had my midwife appointment at 16 weeks and 1 day and she felt for the heartbeat and let me hear it. It was very regular and she said my bump was forming well and when she was listening to the heartbeat, she kept having to move the doppler because she said the baby was kicking away and moving all over the place so it was very mobile and all sounded great. Now nearly 4 weeks on, would I know if something had gone wrong!? I have my 20 week scan on Thursday but that seems a long 5 days away when I'm in...well..a bit of a panic really!!! I was so happy when I thought I felt my baby. My boyfriend works offshore and is away at the moment and I told him and I was really excited and I think he felt that too.... Don't know what to think...is something wrong? Was that probably gas all this week? Should I be feeling the baby if things really were ok? All (sensible) answers greatly appreciated. ok, so what should i wear tommrow!? ?
- im going to be on the coast and its in england. so it will be rather chilly. there isnt any rain forecasted for tommrow, and i will be outside for most of the day; so what should i wear ; i have ugg boots and furry jackets and basically an item of every clothing in my wardrobe-~ and its just sightseeing and shopping. most intresting answer wins! im not a jeans girl but i have loads of pairs and dont MIND wearing them. - Hey, I have alot of questions and they are all to do with beauty so I though i'd make it one question and save space. 1) I have alot of dry skin on my face, like when I put powder on my face you can see like furry hairs and dry cracks, how can I get rid of them? 2) I need to clear the oil from my skin, how can I do this without oil blotters? 3) I recently used some 'Techic Eye Cream Shadow in Lilac' and now my eyes are pink, have I stained them or am I allergic? 4) I hate my eyebrows and they have no shape, just lines! I use a pro eyebrow shaver to clear the stray hairs but they just grow back what shall I do? Thanks so much, everyone who answers is a LIFE SAVER! Chloe xxx
- There was a large beetle in my garden last year, about may-april, during the early evening hours. It had a furry coating underneath the wings and was fairly large. It was a coppery brown in colour and had large antenea. It was friendly enough to hop onto my hand before flying off towards the large tree in our garden. I'm curious as to what species it was?
